He’s been available at short notice while we searched for a home in a challenging market. He came back with a detailed report and we felt greatly assured going ahead with the purchase. The report also gave us recommendations for future work and tips for improving energy efficiency. We’d happily recommend him.

I can't recommend Paul enough. He was always quick to respond to emails and remarkably quick to do the inspection... I can't recommend Paul enough. He was always quick to respond to emails and remarkably quick to do the inspection and turn around the report for us. Paul was very thorough and provided us a comprehensive details on the property so we were able to commit to buying it, understanding what we were taking on. I've already recommended Paul to friends of mine and would use him again in a heartbeat.
